I WAS CHEATED AT CAR MALL, hence would like caution anyone willing to make a used vehicle purchase.
ReplyDeleteI purchased a swift VDI from call mall, we were provided wrong information about car, THE WORST PART WAS THE KM RUNNING WAS MANIPULATED, when we purchased the car the KM reading was 61k, it was only when we visited Maruti Showroom, we learned that actual running was 163000km, it was reduced by 1lakh. furthermore we were told that car do not have a accident history, but again from Maruti Showroom we learned that the car went to body repair shop for 4 time, windshield too was broken once etc.
At first i could not understand whose fault was it, later on learned that the previous owner was trader who puchase vehicle in poor condition, then with help of CAR MALL he manipulate things like KM running, scratched etc. (both are allies in whole fraud) then sale to less knowledgeed and unaware customers like us. When i bring all this to his notice he refused to take any responsibility and we were left with no option, as we have already paid the money.
I strongly caution everyone for not getting cheated like i was.
P.S: review is based on personal experience, and have been put up with genuine interest to caution people against getting cheated, like i was.
